Sucess Story
of our people
Our team is the foundation through which we are able to serve compassion with passion.
My father who is 91, tested positive for COVID- 19 in June 2020. CCU organised 2 nurses to look after my father and they stayed at home 24/7 for 2 weeks. CCU guided us through the whole thing. I can not thank them enough for pulling us out of this difficult situation.
MRS. NONITA CHAND
(DAUGHTER)
My mother met with a road accident and had a severe brain injury. Upon discharge from the hospital, we were advised by the doctors that she would need 24/7 healthcare from ICU-trained nurses. I was introduced to CCU 1 and a half years back. For my family, CCU is a combination of professionalism and humanity. They have cared for my mother like she was their own. My mother is better and slowly recovering. I thank CCU for their sincere dedication and compassion.
MS. RADHIKA TEREDESAI
(DAUGHTER)
I connected with CCU through Medanta, one of the leading home care service providers. I’ve hired two nurses, Maya and Priya, for my grandmother, and they are both exceptionally skilled in their respective roles. The head of nursing, Ms. Bibymol, is also incredibly cooperative. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided by Critical Care Unified..
MR. ADITYA GOENKA
(GRANDSON)
After my mother fell ill four months ago, I engaged with three different agencies for her care. Unfortunately, the experiences with the first two were less than satisfactory. The quality of the nursing staff was below standard and offered excuses for various issues, resulting in a slow recovery for my mother. Upon the recommendation of Escorts Hospital, we turned to CCU, and the difference has been remarkable. The staff, primarily Saloni and Poonam, along with Chhabi, have shown exceptional empathy and professionalism in their care and updates. Naveen, the Senior Nursing Supervisor, has been consistently available, communicative, and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend CCU for top-tier care for critically ill patients.

We received the reference for CCU from Dr. Gurinder Bedi. We reached out to Ms. Rukhsana, who coordinated the arrangement for a nurse, Poonam Yadav, and a Nursing Supervisor, Mr. Naveen. My wife, the patient, has been prescribed IV injections for at least 12 days, four times daily. She is extremely satisfied with the service provided by your staff. Yesterday, the cannula placed by the hospital needed to be removed and replaced at a different site. Naveen skillfully installed a new cannula without causing any pain. We are truly grateful for the outstanding service we have received.
VIJAY BHANDARI
(HUSBAND)
Critical Care Unified has been providing exceptional home care services for my father. From the outset, I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Sweety, whose responsiveness and assistance have been outstanding. Ravi Ji has consistently assured and delivered top-notch services. Bibymol Ji thoroughly explained all the services, assuring me that my father was in capable hands. NS Kalu Ji, Nurse Rajesh Ji, and attendant Harsh Ji have been diligently caring for my father, leading to significant improvements in his condition. They offer a wide range of services, including elderly care and ICU home setups, all with excellent equipment. The team’s professionalism is commendable. Thank you, CCU team.
SAKHSI SINGH
(DAUGHTER)
My father had been battling for his life on a ventilator for over a week during his 30-day stay in the ICU. Our family felt utterly lost, with no clear path to his recovery in sight. Eventually, we made the tough decision to bring him home and set up an ICU there. Then fortunately CCU stepped in. Shabana from CCU was a hope for us. Atul, Ramesh, and Sabir cared for my father as if he were their own. Atul, in particular, deserves special recognition for his unwavering support and wisdom during the most critical moments. Today, I’m thrilled to say that my father has fully recovered, thanks to the timely and personalized critical care support from the CCU team.
CHETHAN KAMATH
(SON)
My siblings and I have been using CCU for several months for our parents after several negative experiences with other local agencies. The quality of the supervisors and management team is above and beyond expectations. They are responsive no matter what time of day or night. They are sensitive to our needs and rush to rectify situations when problems arise. It’s a tough business with a high churn rate so I appreciate their dedication to their clients. Supervisor Naveen is a star!
MEERA SINGH
(DAUGHTER)
We are very grateful and overwhelmed by the homecare service provided by CCU. SISTER SHIFA has been extremely helpful. She took the utmost care and tried to make me stand on my feet again. She interacted with all the family members and explained everything nicely so we could understand easily. Jatinder was also very sincere and helpful in her job. We highly recommend CCU staff. Dr. Atul was a great emergency supervisor and was always available when needed. Everyone was very disciplined towards their job and of great help.
SHIVAM SHARMA
(SAMRALA, PUNJAB)
I want to tell you how important it is to have good critical care in your own house. I have been using their services which is beyond excellence. In terms of nursing, in terms of physiotherapy, in terms of doctor care. I have personally experienced nursing care, which was extraordinary.
