Once the surgical or Illness criticality has been managed at the Hospital, we handle the following
Transition from Hospital to Home
Follow protocols specific to the illness / condition
Set up monitoring and support equipment ,alongwith,medical practitioner ,nursing staff and medical attendant
Close co-ordination with treating doctor of the hospital
Close co-ordination with the family doctor
Follow administration of drugs specified for the treatment
Close co-ordination with designated family members of the patient
